Welcome to part 4 of my series entitled 110 Ways To Increase Website Traffic, Visitors, Clicks. Read Part 1 here, Part 2 here and Part 3 here. In this post I will share 35 additional ways to increase your website traffic. Stay with me until the end, because I have a cool bonus for you.

76. Make your best post sticky

If there is a post which became much more popular than your other articles, it might be a good idea to make it sticky (stick to the top of your blog post roll). By doing so, your post will be the first thing seen by a new visitor. Since the post has already become so popular, the chances are that this actually is your best post, and its new visitors will judge your site by it. Just by making that post sticky, you can interest visitors into reading your other stuff on the blog or share it.

77. Go to Meetup, video tape and share on YouTube

Meetup.com

Meetup.com is a service used to organize online groups that host in-person events for people with similar interests

78. Do Facebook Live

Faebook Live is a feature withing the Facebook mobile App that allows user video to be broadcast live. Facebook Live is similar to YouTube Live. This is a very popular method of reaching and expanding your audience reach.

79. Ask for your reader’s help

Be straight forward and ask for help. Ask questions within your articles, tell them to answer in the comments. Use social media to ask your audience what topics they would like for your to write about. Ask them to share your blog posts.

80. Blog Consistently

At least once per week or make a daily video and post is on your website.

81. Create a Resource page;

Require an email optin to access the information. Email or tweet the product owner of the product and let them know that you included their product on your Resource page. (see # 93 for a suggestion on what to say.)

82. Write Response post

Respond to reader’s questions, respond to other blogger’s posts, give your reaction to niche related news that has happened recently. Use your imagination, get creative.

83. Write a Kindle book

Compile a number of your blog post in to a Kindle book.

84. Offer a free e book that is different from your Kindle book

An easy way of creating an e book is to purchase a PLR e book and customize it to suit your needs.

85. Convert you posts to PDF

Use online tools to convert your post to PDF, then share on social media, email your list, make available for download. Always link back to your website in order to get more visitors to your site.

86. User generated content

Allow guest posting.

87. Host a conference or seminar

Video tape and use as a lead magnet.

88. Submit your site to Yahoo, Bing, etc.

Google is not the only search engine. Take advantage of the free traffic of Yahoo, Bing, Yandex and Duck Duck Go.

89. Create a Favorite Product page

Share your Favorite Product page with others via social media and email.

90. Host a Challenge

Create a challenge related to your niche. Choose whether you want your Challenge to be 7 days, 15 days, 30 days. Advertise your challenge on social media, YouTube, email your list, encourage other influencers to take part in the challenge.

91. Do a Giveaway or contest

Use Rafflecopter for your giveaway for contest. Give a bonus to people that participate. Rafflecopter is a paid service but they put the word out about your giveaway which will increase your participation. However, there are free alternatives, read about them here.

93. Create a thank you page

List the people and brands that have encouraged you or who have had a positive influence. Then email those who you mentioned. Tell them that you mentioned them and feel free to share if they would like to. Create a tweet to let them know that they were mentioned. Say something like this: “Hey NAME, I loved you page on TOPIC. Wanted to let you know I included you on my thank you page. LINK.

94. Use HARO (Help A Reporter Out)

If you have news worthy content, events, etc submit to HARO. HARO is a soucrce to help news reporter find sources their stories quickly.

95. Create a Podcast

Create a Podcast and put it on the Podcast networks. Don>t know how to create a podcast? There are numerous YouTube tutorials. For a list of the top 9 Podcast networks read this post.

96. Include Testimonials

Don’t over do it with the testimonials, only include 3 or 4.

97. Offer a Refferal Program

Blogspot has an excellent post and templates for starting and operating your refferal program. Read it.

98. Create an Infographic

Create an infographic or pay someone on Fiverr to do it for you, Share your infographic everywhere (especially Pinterest). Email your subscribers and tell them about the inforgraphic. Here is a list of 21 websites where you can share your infographic.

99. Host a free workshop

Video tape your free workshop and share it everywhere.

100. Use Twitter Polls

Twitter Polls allow you to weigh in on questions posed by other people on Twitter. You can also easily create your own poll and see the results instantly.

101. Live Stream on YouTube and Instagram.

Like I mentioned in #78, Live stream video is a very good way to engage your audience.

102. Create gifs on gifs.com

Share you gifs on Facebook and Reddit. Here is the link to gifs.com the animated GIF maker.

103. Make videos of your best posts

Upload your videos to YouTube, Vimeo, Metacafe, IGTV, DTube and many more. Share links to your videos on social media, email your list, Reddit and Quora.

104. Implement Schema Markup to improve your SEO

Schema micro data helps Search Engines determine the relevance of your content. Learn more here.

105. Examine you Analytic data

Adjust accordingly.

106. Research yourcompetition with BuzzSumo

Create content based on the keywords that you competitors are ranking for,

107. Host Webinars

Videotape and distribute through the usual channels. You can even sell the video as a product.

108. Attend conferences and network while there.

Build relationships with influencers and cross promote with them.

110. Optimize your content with LSI Keywords

What is LSI Keywords?

Latent semantic indexing (LSI) is a system search engines use to analyze the other words people use surrounding a given topic. LSI keywords are words and phrases with a high degree of correlation to your target topic. Google’s algorithm uses them to help determine content quality and relevance to the search terms.
